Angela's organic durum wheat pasta is born on the sunny and uncontaminated hills of our land and by the experience in the cultivation of ancient grains of high quality. The artisanal Angela durum wheat pasta is produced following an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation proposed today using only our organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina which gives Angela pasta an intense aroma and a strong flavor. The pasta is dried at low temperature by a slow process that lasts over 24 hours. The bronze drawing allows to better retain the seasonings and gives the Angela pasta rusticity, irregular profiles and a matte color typical of the craftsmanship that differentiates it from the common industrial pasta. Thanks to the love and passion that we employ in the production of our pasta, it is still possible to taste a typical dish of healthy Italian cuisine that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
